Shipping Domestic
Currently Navi Chocolate is only able to service people within the state of Colorado. As much as possible we will make “in person arrangements” to deliver chocolate especially during the summer months. We will be able to ship orders to you during the months of October through March. Outside of these months, will be done on a case by case basis depending on the weather. For now, payments can be made by cash, check, or venmo. We will provide you with an address at the time of purchase if the product is to be mailed. Also, please check out our events page for places were our chocolate will be available for sale.
Returns/Cancelling Orders
There will be no return policy for our chocolate. We ask that if you change your mind about your order that you please cancel your order within 24 hours that it is arranged to go out for delivery. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If you are not satisfied with our products, please email Joan at joan@navichocolate.com. We will work with you on finding an amicable solution. We strive to provide you the highest quality of product at all times with excellent customer service. `
